Replacement & Exchange Policy
At Lahore Creative World, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our masterpieces. Since each piece is unique and carefully handcrafted, we have established the following guidelines for replacements and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
We will provide a replacement or exchange only under the following specific circumstances:
- Damage During Transit: If the courier (TCS/Leopards) mishandles the parcel and the artwork is damaged.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a different piece of art than the one you ordered.
- Major Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a significant flaw that falls outside the “handmade charm” variations mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
2. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement (Mandatory)
To protect the integrity of our art and verify the condition upon arrival, we require video proof:
- You must record a continuous video of the parcel before you start opening it.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the process of opening the package to reveal the damage or error.
- Claims without a clear unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained.
3. Reporting Timeline
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. After this 48-hour window, we will assume the masterpiece has been received in perfect condition, and no replacement requests will be accepted.
4. “Change of Mind” Exchanges
We want you to love the art in your space. If you decide the piece doesn’t fit your decor:
- You may swap it for another piece of equal value.
- Shipping Responsibility: In the case of a “change of mind” exchange, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and ensuring the art is returned in its original, high-safety packaging.
- Once we receive the original item in perfect condition, we will dispatch your chosen exchange.
5. How to Start a Claim
If you need a replacement or exchange:
- Contact us via our WhatsApp button within 48 hours.
- Send us your order details and the Unboxing Video.
- Our team will review the footage and guide you through the next steps.
