- Physical Ownership Only: When you purchase an original piece or print, you are purchasing the physical item only.
- No Reproduction: You do not acquire the right to reproduce, scan, print, or sell copies of the artwork for commercial or personal gain.
- Image Usage: Unauthorized use of images from this website for social media promotion (without credit) or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. Handmade Quality & Variations
At Lahore Creative World, we celebrate the uniqueness of hand-crafted art.
- Original Charm: Please be aware that since our pieces are handmade, slight variations in texture, brushstrokes, and finish are inherent characteristics of the work and are not considered “defects.”
- Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor settings and screen brightness, the colors of the artwork you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual physical piece.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may happen due to:
- Sudden unavailability of a specific masterpiece.
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
- Issues identified by our team regarding shipping to certain areas. If your order is cancelled after it has been confirmed, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package and make the payment upon delivery.
5. User Eligibility
Our website is open to everyone who appreciates art. However, if you are under the age of 18, we recommend making purchases under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lahore Creative World shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We ensure every piece is packed with high-safety materials to prevent damage during transit.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lahore.
